• Overall Impressions - Additional CommentsThis was such a disappointing experience. Burger and Relish needs to get it together. First, they advertised on social media that they would have brunch starting 10:30am..with the full menu starting at 12pm. I arrived at 11:15am..seated myself at a table...and as I sat down..heard a waitress/manager say repeatedly in twi that they weren't open yet. The waiter then proceeded to tell me then they weren't open yet and I asked why they advertised on social media that they would be open at 10:30am. He then went to the manager and spoke to her for a while and came back with the menu along with a list of things that were unavailable. In my opinion..they should have just cancelled brunch for the day. They didn't have bottomless bellinis (which is definitely a motivating factor for me choosing this place to begin with)..because they didn't have orange juice. They didn't even have bottomless coffee..so the only two special offers on their menu were unavaulable. Then they didn't have Lincolnshire sausages and no chorizo. The replacements were beef or chicken sausage. You'd think they'd replace with something quality. They replaced with basic beef sausage that is used for street khebab. At 45ghs a plate for a full English..what am I paying for? Service was substandard..and food quality was below basic. My friend ordered French toast with a side of eggs..her food came with her eggs IN a French toast sandwich with pineapple and banana. We requested it be replaced. They did. Overall..I would never recommend burger and Relish for brunch. Never. Waste of money. Just go there, have a burger and take pictures and have a cocktail. Their cocktails are good.
