In order for our readers to understand the ratings our mystery diners have provided in their reviews, we have provided the breakdown of each rating for each question. We hope that this provides a more accurate picture of each mystery dining experience. 

Curb Appeal - Attractiveness of Exterior of the Property

Rating (Stars)	Description
1	No Curb Appeal. Not attractive
2	Basic Curb Appeal. Neat. Noticeable
3	Thought put into outside of the establishment. Some colour coordination/design. Clean
4	Organized. Signage distinct. Very Welcoming. Concept for establishment extends to the outside. Color/Design Coordinated
5	Well thought-out external design/concept that is consistent from outside to inside. A lot of curb appeal. Eye catching. Welcoming.

Outside Appearance - clear sidewalks, clean windows, doors etc?

Ratings (Stars)	Description
1	Disorganized and untidy. No visible signs/signage. Windows not clean. No Distinct set up. Overwhelmingly untidy.
2	Inconsistent cleanliness or signage/signs. Sidewalks not completely clear.
3	Basic cleanliness. Tidy. Some inconsistencies with cleanliness. Not overwhelmingly untidy.
4	Clean. Nothing obviously out of place. Windows, terrace, front door tidy.
5	Very tidy. Smells great. Everything in place. Welcoming.

Inside Appearance of Restaurant

Rating (Stars)	Description
1	Visibly untidy when you entered the restaurant. Tables still had dirty dished, napkins etc. No clean tables available.
2	Some untidy tables. Some tables not properly organized
3	Fairly clean. Minor discrepancies in cleanliness but not overwhelmingly unclean
4	Very clean. All tables set/clean. Easy to navigate through tables. Menus clean.
5	Everything in its place. Nothing out of place regarding neatness and cleanliness.

Customer Service: Menu Knowledge (Waiter/Server)
